Mascarpone Stuffed Dates with Pecans

 

Indulge in the sensory delight of Mascarpone Stuffed Dates with Pecans. The luscious mascarpone cheese imparts a creamy and velvety texture. As you bite into the sweet, chewy dates, the rich mascarpone melds with their natural sweetness. The toasted pecans add a crunchy element, completing the experience with a delightful blend of creamy, sweet, and nutty flavors.

Ingredients:

30 Medjool Dates, pitted
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
250g/8.8oz Mascarpone Cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice dates lengthwise to remove the pit and create an opening for the filling.
  2. Stuff dates with mascarpone cheese (it is easier to pipe it in) and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  3. Place on a sheet of baking paper and drizzle with maple syrup.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and keep refrigerated until serving.
