Mascarpone Stuffed Dates with Pecans

Ingredients:
30 Medjool Dates, pitted
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
250g/8.8oz Mascarpone Cheese
Instructions
- Slice dates lengthwise to remove the pit and create an opening for the filling.
- Stuff dates with mascarpone cheese (it is easier to pipe it in) and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Place on a sheet of baking paper and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Transfer to a serving plate and keep refrigerated until serving.
