Pizza Rollups

Ingredients:
- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Roll Out the Dough:
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle or square shape. The size can vary, but aim for about 12×16 inches. - Spread Pizza Sauce:
Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges. - Add Cheese and Toppings:
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Add the grated Parmesan and distribute the sliced pepperoni or your preferred pizza toppings. - Season and Roll:
Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the toppings. Starting from one of the longer edges, carefully roll the dough into a log or cylinder, similar to a cinnamon roll. - Slice and Arrange:
Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled dough into 1-inch slices. Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll-up. - Brush with Olive Oil:
Lightly brush the tops of the pizza roll-ups with olive oil. This helps them achieve a golden brown color while baking. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the roll-ups are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. - Serve:
Remove from the oven and let the pizza roll-ups cool for a few minutes. Serve them warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
