- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the Almond Topping:
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan. - Prepare the Pear Filling:
In a bowl, toss the sliced pears with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside. - Make the Cake Batter:
