A Summer favourite.

"A romantic dinner for two followed by a long walk along the beach, it’s the kind of summer evening you just don’t want to end. You grab a couple of elegant glasses fit for the moment and a bottle of Rosé 2022 to head to the Cape Cod chairs on the deck to sip in satisfied silence."

Tasting Notes:

Small berry fruits, strawberries, cinnamon, and cranberry followed by a spicy, fresh finish. Red apple appearing as it warms in the glass.

Food Pairings:

Triple cream (Brie-style) cheese and mascarpone cheese, Buttercream sauce or even buttered popcorn. Shrimp and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, fried calamari, and oysters. Have you tried caviar on oysters? Fruit-based desserts such as tarts, crepes, and any buttered or honeyed dessert. Shortbread cookies are a really fun (and surprising) pairing combo because the acidity in Champagne cuts through the rich butter of the cookie.
